Everly Liu, Esq. is an immigration attorney licensed in California and Texas and a graduate of UCLA School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Scholarship. She earned her Juris Doctor from the City University of Hong Kong, completing the program in just two years, sharpening her multitasking skills.

Everly began her career at a large, nationally recognized law firm in Los Angeles. Later she served as a federal funded attorney at a major nonprofit organization, representing unaccompanied minors and vulnerable populations. Her work included on-site visits to youth shelters and participation in a class-action lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

In private practice, Everly advises both multinational corporations and fast-growing startups on cross-border immigration strategy. She has successfully obtained E-1, E-2,  L-1, and other employment-based visas for companies across diverse industries, including but not limited to Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical Infrastructure & Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceuticals & Medical Research, Film Finance, Education & Training Services.

In addition to E-visas, L-visas, O-1, EB-1, EB-2/NIW, and EB-3, Everly focuses on complex immigration matters and waiver applications, including I-601, I-601A, I-192, and I-602 waivers, delivering clarity and strategic solutions for clients facing high-stakes legal challenges. Everly’s goal is to provide responsive, strategic, and culturally-informed immigration support for individuals and businesses building their future in the United States.

Attorney Joseph Glover graduated with honors from Texas A&M University School of Law in May of 2022. His focus is primarily on Trademark Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. He gained valuable trademark experience working at the university patent and trademark clinic as a student attorney.

Before law school, Joseph gained valuable customer service and audit experience working at a Medicare supplemental call center. He practices general civil litigation to help his local community and keep up to date on the ever-changing legal landscape of consumer and employment law.
Joseph believes that listening to and understanding the needs of the client are key to excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a personal assistant to private law firms, which provided her with insights into the practical aspects of legal practice and client relationships.

Her diverse background in both public and private legal sectors has shaped her strong commitment to upholding justice and providing the best customer service.
